Orders

Any items ordered must be delivered to an Australian address only. No overseas deliveries are available at this time.

Weight

If your order exceeds 20kgs in weight, we will contact you with our best freight price before charging your credit card.

Backorders

We hope it is not to often that we are out of stock of an item listed our online store, however sometimes it will be unforeseeable and unavoidable. We will make sensible judgment calls on when to wait for stock (if stock will be arriving within two to three days) before shipping an order.

If any part of the order is out of stock longer then the period stated above, we will email or call you for instructions.
