	It is powered using Digital Variable Reluctance (DVR) technology to provide an extremely smooth, quiet and powerful machine
	The motor has no windings to burn out and is made of three parts: Rotor, Stator, and Microcomputer
	The Microcomputer controls lathe speed, adjusting for constant speed under load, and will stop the spindle altogether in case of a tool catch
	The headstock is made of cast iron with a triple bearing system for vibration free turning. The headstock allows for a 16" swing and can swivel, for larger work and better access for a wide range of projects.
	The spindle direction can be reversed for sanding and has a built in 24 position indexing wheel.
	The Nova DVR uses no pulleys or belts, so all of the power is transmitted to the 1-1/4" x 8 spindle.
	The lathe bed is made of precision ground cast iron, providing smooth operation for the cam-lock tool rest base.
