	The Enviro-Trim 1200 is CNC's mid range edge banding machine that combines the convenience of a power feed, machine with the ability to trim flush all sides of the board using the same tried and tested motorised end trim as fitted to the larger CNC machine
	The top and bottom trim motor units are the variable speed AEG GS 500, made in Germany
	They are fitted with a muti-trim cutter to allow quick set-up and change from melamine to the radius trim of the thicker range of tapes
	The Enviro-Trim 1200 has a simple hinged mechanism to allow the top unit to be raised from the base for ease of servicing and general maintenance. This will expose the electrical system, end trim mechanism and air rams for ease of servicing.
	Horizontal heat outlet follows the tape line for efficient high temperature PVC heat application.
	Trims up to 2mm PVC/ABS tapes
	Powered end cut unit moves with the board, cutting square each time, every time, plus radius
	Non-slip tape feed roller with adjustable feed pressure
