For Standard Wood Dust Application

1. Depending on usage of dust collector, rotate cleaning brush handle a minimum of 3 full revolutions in both directions at least three to four times a day with extractor motor turned off.
   
   
2. At least once a year remove pleated filter from dust collector hoop, wash out with clean water, blow excess water from filter with compressed air, after filter is completely dry, reinstall filter to collector hoop.
   
   
3. Empty plastic disposable waste collection bag when 75 % full, Seal Bag and dispose of waste product in a safe manner.
   
   
4. When installing a new disposable plastic bag, fit bag clamp to center of foam rubber on dust collector hoop.
   
   
5. Inspect dust collection unit for dust leaks and repair as necessary.
   
   
6. The above recommendations will change from unit to unit depending on waste product being filtered and use of collector unit.
