DUSTMASTER DUST SEALED CYCLONE DUST COLLECTORS

Price: $Quoted

Information:

The system pre-seperates a high proportion of wood shavings and dust laden air by channeling the waste product into the collection bin.

The dust laiden air spinning in the cyclone is forced to the outer perimeter o the cyclone and falls into the waste collection bin at the base of the cyclone. The clean air spinning in the centre of the cyclone is drawn through the fan and extracted our through the pleated filter canisters producing a clean air environment.

Whether you are sawing, routing, planing, sanding or involved in any 'cutter' operated activity, the Dustmaster Sealed Cyclone System can be designed to suite your workshop requirements.

The unit can be installed on the outside of your building and are designed also for an internal installation as the exhausted air is finely filtered to under 3 micron particle size which is safe clean air for you workshop activities. As the air fan is fitted to the system at the clean air side a very efficient high pressure fan is installed for a more reachable, cost affective and efficient air flow.

The Dustmaster Systems are proudly manufactured in Australia with models currently available in capacities from 3,000 - 10,000 cubic feet per minute. (5000 Litres per second)

Fan/Motor Assembly
Clean air, backward curve fan unit. Motors from 4-18.5KW. Robust construction and high quality components ensure a long service life.

Collection Bin

There are 3 standard collection bins available.

  • 1 x 200 litre bin
  • 2 x 200 litre bins
  • 1x 3 cubic metre bin.

All collection bins have lid supporting systems for ease of bin removal and are supplied with strong disposable polyethylene clear bags for safe removal and storage of waste product.

Note: The units can be adapted to individual waste collection systems.

  Cyclone Casing
Designed to handle high velocity air flow with resultant efficient separation of fine dust particles. Strongly constructed galvabond sheet metal fabrication with powder coated finish. Available with a range of galvanized support structures.

Relief Air Manifold
These manifolds are lined with acoustic material which act as a muffling system to absorb air noise. This ensures sound levels to be well below industry standards.

Pleated Filters
The exhaust air from the fan contains a small proportion of the dust products that should not be released into the atmosphere.

The cyclone unit is therefore effectively sealed with clean air only being released through antistatic non woven polyester pleated filters. These filters will retain particles larger than 3 microns i.e. 3/1000'ths of a millimeter in size. A polyethylene collector bag at the bottom of the pleated filters contains any dust product released from inside the filters and provides a visual indication of filter condition. A manual or automatic operated brush cleaning system is supplied with the unit to maintain air flow through the cyclone.

Connecting Pipe work

A system of spiral wound pipe work, branches, elbows, shutoff gates and flexible connection to machinery can be supplied utilising modular components to suit every application. Our company can provide a detailed design upon receipt of your workshop layout and a quotation to supply and/or install the complete system.
