Cyclone
Casing
Designed to handle high velocity air flow
with resultant efficient separation of fine
dust particles. Strongly constructed galvabond
sheet metal fabrication with powder coated
finish. Available with a range of galvanized
support structures.
Relief Air Manifold
These manifolds are lined with acoustic
material which act as a muffling system
to absorb air noise. This ensures sound
levels to be well below industry standards.
Pleated Filters
The exhaust air from the fan contains a
small proportion of the dust products that
should not be released into the atmosphere.
The cyclone unit is therefore effectively
sealed with clean air only being released
through antistatic non woven polyester pleated
filters. These filters will retain particles
larger than 3 microns i.e. 3/1000'ths of
a millimeter in size. A polyethylene collector
bag at the bottom of the pleated filters
contains any dust product released from
inside the filters and provides a visual
indication of filter condition. A manual
or automatic operated brush cleaning system
is supplied with the unit to maintain air
flow through the cyclone. |
