Work Centre Solutions - Torque

One of the biggest challenges people face today is finding enough space to be able to work freely. The Work centre allows you to free up some of that precious space whilst also giving you more opportunity to expand your wood  working expertise, allowing you to improve production times. A work centre gives you the versatility of multi-functioning on one machine. Routing, sawing, drilling, copying etc.

ROUTING FEATURES:
Straight line work, moulding, rebates, grooving, mortise and tenons, biscuit cutting, compound angle routing, unlimited number of profiles using basic cutter shapes
tab Pin routing, cutting out shapes with or without patterns, moulding around shapes & edges with or without piloted router bits, precision free hand work, Excellent for surfacing slabs and burls ready for sanding.
 
DRILLING/GRINDING FEATURES:
tab Fixed, radial and compound drilling is made easy with a work centre using virtually any standard power drill
tab Some smaller routers and die grinders will also fit the drill attachment enabling shaping and grinding using abrasive stones and carbide or steel burrs.  
tab No tilting of work table required to do angle work like traditional drill presses would require
tab Simply set the tool at any desired angle accurately with ease
 
SAWING  FEATURES:
tab Crosscut to the maximum length of shaft due to the unique plunge ability
tab Can be quickly changed to rip sawing mode        
tab Compound cuts are a breeze by rotating the outfeed arm and tilting the saw
tab Some Routers and Jig Saws will also fit into the saw attachment

This is to suit customers who already have the RouterMaster that came on a fixed stand and wish to upgrade to the added advantages of having sideways travel
   
The base  includes:  
tab 4 x heavy duty castors, the front two being lockable  
tab The running carriage, drilled to suit all the earlier model RouterMasters  
tab A double track alloy extrusion for the fence system and  adjustable stop system
