Dust Extraction - Sealed Cyclones

The cyclone system pre-separates over 95% of wood shavings from the dust laden air. The waste products in the first stage are stored in the collection bin.

The dust laden air spinning in the cyclone first stage is forced to the outer perimeter by the connected energy and falls into the waste collection bin at the base of the cyclone. The clean air spinning in the centre of the cyclone is then extracted from the first stage by the cyclone fan and enters the second stage filter where the fine dust is separated from the air. The air escaping from the cyclone filters is clearer than the air entering through doors and windows. This system is one of the safest dust extraction plants used for saw dust removal.

Whether you are sawing, routing, planning, sanding or involved in any 'cutter' operated activity, the Cyclone System can be designed to suite your workshop requirements.

This dust extraction plane is installed on the outside of the building and can be run fully automatically as this will save money in the running cost and insures a far safer working environment.

WOODMAN

Woodman is a brand of Machinery mostly imported from Taiwan. In Australia there are a number of companies that import the Woodman brand forming the Woodman Group. Gregory Machinery are part of the Woodman Group in Brisbane, while the other members are based in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

The thing that makes the Woodman brand different to other machinery imported from Taiwan or China, is that the machinery is hand picked and inspected by Gregory Machinery themselves. Our experienced staff visits the factories and inspects the machinery in the line of production. It is then that a decision is made to import the machinery on the quality, reliability and value of the machine as well as the quality and reliability of the manufacturer.

Once a new Woodman product has been introduced to Gregory Machinery they are then tested again in our work shop by our technical and electrical staff.
