Boring Machines Borers Machines offers many options for woodworkers and metal workers for drilling horizontal and vertical angled holes into their work. The machine bores out holes in metal and wood through the use of a movable drill that bores directly into the material. A boring machine can repeatedly make a hole to fit a specific dowel's girth and depth to ensure a perfect fit every time. This helpful machine erases the guesswork and constant measurement that are necessary.

WOODMAN
Woodman is a brand of Machinery mostly imported from Taiwan. In Australia there are a number of companies that import the Woodman brand forming the Woodman Group. Gregory Machinery are part of the Woodman Group in Brisbane, while the other members are based in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.
The thing that makes the Woodman brand different to other machinery imported from Taiwan or China, is that the machinery is hand picked and inspected by Gregory Machinery themselves. Our experienced staff visits the factories and inspects the machinery in the line of production. It is then that a decision is made to import the machinery on the quality, reliability and value of the machine as well as the quality and reliability of the manufacturer.
Once a new Woodman product has been introduced to Gregory Machinery they are then tested again in our work shop by our technical and electrical staff.
The gold standard in woodworking was not always gold on the outside. In 1921 the first POWERMATIC tool, a planer was produced by Leonard f. Smith, Sr. A lumber dealer. Originally painted green, the planer was built to perform for long durations in the most challenging environments. Demand for these machines grew and the legend of POWERMATIC was born. The power of POWERMATIC soon became known as the gold standard in woodworking for its tremendous performance and durability. It would only be in the years to come that the exterior of each machine reflect its interior gold excellence.
The POWERMATIC name has lasted for more than 85 years and its products are built to last for the future generations. The innovative features incorporated into each machine have earned them numerous awards and countless outstanding reviews.
POWERMATIC is also a part of the WMH Tool Group which consists of Jet, Powermatic, Performax and Wilton Tools
